1.7  Instructor Terms

Instructors approved to deliver content on the Platform are subject to a separate Instructor Agreement in addition to these Terms. Key provisions applicable to all Instructors include:

Instructors warrant that all content submitted to the Platform is original, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and is factually accurate.

Instructors grant the Ministry a perpetual, royalty-bearing licence to host, distribute, and market their content within the Platform.

Instructor revenue share is set at 40% of net course revenue attributable to their content, paid on a monthly basis to a nominated account.

The Ministry retains the right to remove any instructor content that falls below platform quality standards or that is found to be in violation of LoveWorld values.

Instructors must not directly solicit learners from the Platform for external commercial services.

1.8  Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe and Paystack in accordance with their respective terms of service. The Platform accepts USD, NGN, GBP, and EUR. Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You authorise the Ministry to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. The Ministry reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Where pricing changes affect an active subscription, affected users will be given 30 days' advance notice.

1.9  Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Ministry excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform, whether express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are commenced.

1.11  Amendments to These Terms

The Ministry reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email and/or a platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
